Please note that this Lodge is still partially under construction – hence the competitive price! The rooms and living area are clean and offer all amenities! The lodge is built out of local materials with a touch of volcanic rocks and corrugated iron sheets to support rainwater harvesting. We operate in harmony with nature and on a carbon neutral footprint once the work is finished. For now, we have mostly solar power with an additional generator to provide an adequate power supply. We are also working with our guest to preserve the environment through our Go-Green endeavors such as gorilla tracking, hiking activities around Mgahinga Gorilla Triangle Lodge, community walks, Canoeing at lake mutanda, Golden monkey tracking and cave visits that are soul rejuvenating and make you feel refreshed. The lodge provides complementary laundry services for all our guests, hand washed sanitized and dry linen. We also sensitize the community through dance and drama on how to recycle different wastes - they are currently making a beautiful design of our restaurant. This has created beautiful mixed sounds in the green garden around the rooms. Walk up volcanic slopes through virgin african bush with our team of experts.
