Known as the former home of the Danish author Karen Blixen, the Karen Blixen Museum is a must-visit for literature enthusiasts and fans of the famous book and movie “Out of Africa.” The museum offers a glimpse into Karen Blixen’s life in Kenya and the colonial era, with preserved furniture, photographs, and personal belongings.
Amazing, interesting place, where the danish author karen blixen lived when she was in Kenya…if you are in Nairobi don t hesitate to go there, it is very interesting
Nairobi Gallery Museum and Monument
The Nairobi Gallery is an art lover’s paradise. It showcases an impressive collection of contemporary and traditional African art, including paintings, sculptures, and photographs, providing a glimpse into Kenya’s vibrant art scene. Today the Gallery has become the home of Joseph and Sheila Murumbi’s collections. Joseph Murumbi was Kenya’s second vice president.
What a place to visit for anyone who appreciates creativity, art and culture! It was so wonderful to see the collections of artifacts and exquisite display of some of the most creative minds and hands in Kenya, East Africa and beyond.
Nairobi Railway Museum
Kenya has a rich history of railways, and the Nairobi Railways Museum is a testimony to that. The museum features an impressive collection of steam locomotives, railway artifacts, and memorabilia, offering insights into Kenya’s transportation history and the development of the railway system.

Beautiful gallery with an amphitheater and an outdoor arboretum. I was there for a concert and it was just lovely. Can’t wait to go back.
Kazuri Beads Factory Tour
For a taste of Kenya’s rich handicraft tradition, Kazuri Beads Factory is a must-visit. This factory produces beautifully handcrafted beads and jewelry made by local women, providing them with employment opportunities and empowering them economically. You can take a tour of the workshop and purchase unique Kenyan souvenirs

It’s a great mall has everything from variety of restaurants , supermarkets, different boutiques and many shops dealing with variety of products. It’s a great Place to go out and have fun

Known as Kenya’s ultimate “Beast of a Feast,” Carnivore offers a unique menu featuring a variety of exotic meats cooked in traditional African style over an open flame. It’s a true carnivore’s delight and a cultural experience that lets you savor the flavors of Kenya’s diverse culinary heritage.
Superb place to be for a meat galore buffet experience! Staffs were really friendly and nice. They explain to you which dip to use for the meat carvings or portions they serve you.
